  Summary:  Nearly 500 employees at a Sunoco Inc. refinery will receive payments  averaging     $878.33  under a settlement of class action unpaid overtime claims that was approved June 27 by a Pennsylvania federal judge (Sunoco USCOURTS-paed-2_10-cv-01194-0.).
